A Portrait Of Randall Poem by Dorothy (Alves) Holmes

A Portrait Of Randall

Rating: 5.0

Marble face
Hiding his perfect smile
If he chanced to catch you looking...
Olive complexioned sunlight,
Teeth even pearly white.
Obstinate creature he,
Marble face,
Surely heart of granite...
Then his sweet laughter,
A give away
And we care not that he strives to decieve,
Even King Arthur wore a suit of armor,
So we ignore this igloo of man
Who
Smiles
Yet,
Touching my heart.

Nice poem, I'd like to have known this guy, in another life.
