A Prayer
Voter Voter strongly stamp
Howlong shall we suffer so
Sensual sexist drunkards’ rule
Must we trammel under stamp.
Wait we years to shake off yoke
Once we ourselves wrongly bear
Dear is freedom God provides
Careful Voters can only protect.
Checks and chains that rulers clamp
Keeping power people bestowed
Rude and crooked leaders exploit
Poor and middle helpless mass.
