Shunned meself from reaching your pole
Smothered my breath for it drifted your way
Shed many a dropp from anguish of heart
But not any of it
Could block your thoughts in a bleeding heart
... I turned back again
Where I left it last, my beating heart
Beside you it was beneath your stare
Now I find not any trace
Of a presence there
I tread the path which you had been
Alarmed was I for the path it was
Why had u made journey thither my love
Did you not know of their fate, those men
The ones who went astray from The Lord
In this very path
Greives it, my heart with misery for you
Pray I to The Lord, fervent and hard
Oh Lord, show my love the right path!
