A Primitive Desire Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

A Primitive Desire

Rating: 4.2

What is it that finds me in comfort?
Gives me joy without being hurt
I am lost in existing world
Feeling so much warmth without being turning cold

Was it ultimate goal to meet?
What pleasant exchanges when we greet?
It is like river rushing to see
Mad venture to merge with sea

Is it concealed desire to come on fore?
Did I not experience this before?
He was there all the time for me
I was feeling safe under tree

I could see something special in his eye
It was inviting all the time and not saying bye
I was getting mad at his invitation
It was developing very good relation

I shall surrender to his wish
I shall wait till he finishes
It shall be fulfillment of life’s desire
I still wait for him to come and admire

As he rolled into me with breathless zeal
There was nothing to stop or conceal
I was laid there as beautiful female
I felt it as if he was dominating male

I didn’t find it difficult to inhale
Breathless act did it all to excel
I was there to express it silently
It was natural to feel it gently

Life may be devoid of any pleasure
If it is not voluntarily and for sure
It is most sacred act to have been performed
It must be well intended and informed

As lifecycle goes on
All the way must be clearly shown
It is not pleasure for the second
it is considered as dip in holy pond
