A Promise To Keep Poem by Alexzandria Bell

A Promise To Keep

'Tis treaty but a promise,
I promise my love'
to keep it always because,
I love your laugh,
especially when you've laughed so hard you cried!
I love your smile,
it seems to brighten up even the cloudiest days.
I love your sense of humor,
it always makes the most tedious days seem so lively.
I love your mind,
because now matter how hard they tried, no one could tell what's inside of it.
I love your charming ways,
how your so warm-hearted towards even the worst kind of people.
I love your beautiful eyes,
for they will look into the hearts of many and create a place that shines.
I love your lips,
for they speak of bigger and better things than the world could ever imagine.
I love your style,
it will forever be o~n~e o~f a k~i~n~d.
I love your spirit,
sticks and stones may break your bones, but you won't stop until you're ready.

So promise me the same, either of your heart, or of your comely life. For in my eyes you are but perfect in an imperfect world.
