'Neither a borrower nor a lender be'
spoke Shakespeare in the 17th Century.
Applicable then, but not today,
since lessor and lessee came our way.
Borrowed bank notes by the score,
amounts repaid, plus that little bit more!
Shakespeare's words were wise and just,
But not in an age of 'boom and bust'.
