A Raindrop - Poem by Hana Gerzanic-Hons

A tiny little
Drop
Said: "Dear sun, please
Stop
It's getting far too
Hot!!"

"Do not come too
Near
I begin to
Fear
I might soon
Disappear...."

But the sun passed
By......
Gave her wings to
Fly
High up to the
Sky.....
