A Rainy Night Poem by Mohammad Younus

A Rainy Night

A rainy night—
a symphony unfolds,
soft taps on the roof,
a melody that wraps the world.
The rain arrives, bearing peace,
a quiet hope,
an elixir that revives my being.

In this divine embrace,
I touch a fragment of eternal peace,
a tranquil world
my soul refuses to release.
The rain whispers
of life's circular dance—
from sea to sea,
a truth only the Gnostic perceives.
