all the while
i want to keep the zone
of silence,

to your eyes i am.
lots of conversations however
occur inside me
as though
it is a party with lots
of drinking guests
lots of alcohol and bragging
and feeling
and projections of that they
are not.

all the while i want silence
but it can never be,

because i lost you, and i am
into this
kind of rambling, wanting to fill
this room with words,
and lots of them.
