I look at you and see only pain
one who has vowed to never love again
sad but sweet
And i know your secret
The one that makes your heart beat
Its him isnt it
not me as in my dreams
the right guy for you
it was never me
i am the one who helped you get onto your feet
Who got oyu ready for this
when i failed to give you that one kiss
i longed to do so
i thought about it every night
but i had to wait
till the timing was right
But i missed the moment
gone like summers first gentle breeze
you moved on before i was ready
And it all but broke my heart
to see a love that could be just fall apart
But am i over it
One may never know
my only hope is this
with new love ihope this one will never show
