T'is True, it's long
for all to see
perhaps too-long
for poetry.
poetry flows
with words so-lite
it's not supposed
to be read all-night.
Still, it's a poem
long at its best
deserving praise
like all the rest.
Yes, it was good
I must say.
but could be said
a much shorter way.
So, Try again
keep your poetry close
use tender words
but not so verbose.
