A Sight For Sore Eyes - Poem by Anitah Muwanguzi

sun and moon head to head

the tide has one lip locked on skyline

but the door is sealed tight

molten desert is waxing wet.

A tear drops, echoes resounding

but the tear leaves a scarlet trail
