A Star
She was the beautiful girl of his dreams.
But she ignored him until he became a star player on the high school basketball team.
Then she was all up in his face.
For her he had lost his taste.
He started dating the sweet and plain girl who had always liked him since middle school.
Because he was nobody's fool.
