A Story Of A Seed - Poem by Devendra Kumar
A helpless seed was
Lying along the road side
An angel was walking there
He threw his holy glimpse wide.
He picked the seed
With great love and affection
For sowing it in his garden
Of the heart for future plantation
He watered the seed sacred love,
Feeling himself proud
After the passage of time,
From it a small germ sprouts.
The angel was happy
For the plant was growing
Now the plant blossoms
Scattering fragrance, the flowers glowing
The plant does not know
How to thank the soul divine?
It can only disperse its perfume
With humbly smile shine.
