A Thousand Poems (For You) - Poem by Michael P. McParland
A thousand poems and almost all for you,
I hope that you have loved them and my
deep feelings of love and passion have gotten through to you.
They're all a gift of heartfelt need and admiration,
they're all a gift to you Kira my sweet Angel Queen.
A thousand posted and I want for you to keep them,
a testament to my true everlasting love and dedication.
One day soon I hope we'll be together,
side by side in each others arms we can read them all together,
with each one a kiss and declaration that today I
love you even more and you are the woman I'll spend
eternity with I'm never leaving you.
A thousand poems before you now my Queen and only lover,
a gift from me for you to have forever if you want them now.
They are a testament of the loving truth a confession of my needs,
A thousand poems almost all for my Angel,
my best friend, my hero, my Angel, and my Queen.
They're all for her because Kira is the greatest woman
and the only one I'll ever love for the rest of time.
ILYF and ever KP
