A Tribute To World Peace - Poem by Johnathan Andrew Collins
Triads destroy our prosperity,
Gangs destroy our property,
Terrorists destroy our unity,
Soldiers destroy our family.
Scientists destroy our environment,
Civil war destroys our government,
Wars destroy our blissfulness,
Battles destroy our happiness.
Why is there so much destruction?
The answer's easy- it's corruption,
You ask, ' Why are you having these assumptions? '
It is because the world has got lots of problems.
Why ain't the world 'The Garden of Eden'?
We've got to blame Eve and Adam.
The way to counter it is to take action,
Because the people who are lucky is just a fraction.
We need to have unity and try to project,
the way to help the people we need to protect,
Because Love brings up kindness and compassion,
Happiness, blissfulnes, plus affection.
Love is what set's us apart,
From good, bad or neutrality,
But that is the nature of humanity,
That is the trait of reality.
But we need to be good,
We need to hold on,
We can't let disasters blow it all gone,
Because everyone in this world is a big family,
We are all children of Adam and Eve,
We are the grass,
We are the trees.
We are the flowers,
We are the leaves.
We are the world, we should have unity,
We are all family, we should bring world peace.
