A War Poem From One Who Never Fought A Battle

A War Poem From One Who Never Fought A Battle

For those who have seen the victims of wars
For those who have known their families
There is no war poem
There are only anti- War poems.

Yet in the end
When there is no choice
And they attack the lives and the homes of those you love
There is the need to confront the Enemy-

How long O Lord? How long?
