A Welcome Return Poem by Terence George Craddock

A Welcome Return

Rating: 5.0

you may not return
often or perhaps never
but if you return

in Winter when it is cold
I shall light a warm fire
with joyful expectations

sometimes a little time must pass
before we meet reward ourselves
with fine wine of warm thoughts

soon it is your dream wish
to travel far continuously
without stop for ten years

may you experience joy success
while completing dream fulfilment
of goals desires may your journeys

become a rich wine blessed with wisdom
