A Winter Passing Without A Christmas - No Way!

A winter passing without a Christmas
would be so meaningless, empty and drear.
But Jesus has promised to be with us
bringing His comfort and His Christmas cheer.
All the darkness cannot extinguish
the light of Christ so pristine and clear.
He is here all our fears to vanquish
God with us, ever present, always near
