A Wish
A day has not passed without wishing
That our lives would be the way we dreamt.
We always desired to be the best
In every way we could imagine
There are days we still regret
We call those as bad times
Those times we fell
Times when we were unable to reach out.
We rose up from those times
As a night fades out when sun shines
But it left us with an experience
Which only made us stronger.
We all want to be someone
Do something brave, something meaningful
Something which can change us
Or tell us this is who you are.
I wish to be a river, that flows
Who can touch every soul
Who Can live with a joy of giving
Glitter at night to show the path.
This feeling will let me grow
Composed, refreshed making me clear.
Then willing to let my spirit go
To a place unknown.
