Abode Of The Peace Poem by Sumita Jetley

Abode Of The Peace

In the city's heart, under the sky so vast,
Lies a garden where time seems to have passed.
Baba Qadir, with wisdom so deep,
In his sanctuary, secrets of the universe he keeps.

Ayesha came, with questions untold,
In her heart, a void, in a world so bold.
'How can peace be found, ' she implored,
'In a life that's always moving forward? '

'Look at the plant, striving for light, '
Said the mystic, in the still of night.
'In its struggle, a lesson is sown,
Peace lies within, not in the world alone.'

Under the stars, in contemplation she lay,
As night turned gently into day.
In her heart, a universe wide,
Where peace and serenity reside.
