Some say Life is a game
where you play all kinds of roles

Some say Life is a classroom
where you learn and reach your goals

Some say Life is a kalpa,
maybe your next cycle of life is in Africa

If I must say something about life
What should I say?

That Life is a dancer and you are the dance?
That Life is to be mindful and you should take every chance?

It is the heart that beats the drum of life
It is the breath that lets you know that you are alive
no matter you thrive or strive
I hear a cuckoo sing
yet it is hard to spot
I see a small green leaf
I am glad it unfolds in my pot

How interesting and wonderful that humans
among all living things
not only have thoughts
but are also conscious of the bits

A humble living being
marveling about life
a miracle of life itself
