Absence Of A Discriminative Justice Poem by Paul Amrod

Absence Of A Discriminative Justice

Assumptions were not the issue or the order of the day
Partisanship demolished the proceedings in total disarray
Factual material with witnesses waiting to recite their story
Hence a state of the union address with showering glory
The blindness amongst his claims of economics prosperity
is otherwise explained as the reality has become a true rarity
Three-quarters of our population wished to open the can of worms
where Pandora was pondering all reasons to simply confirm
the screaming guilt of a prez running wild in complete disparity.
Sinking the taxes for the CEOs and ruthless miserly billionaires
while destroying Nature with pollutions is a scam quite extraordinaire.
The few poorly-paid employees are still applying for food stamps
while the heartless reapers are setting up their stinking secret camps.
Ironically repeating the mistakes of total economic deregulation
with a short-sighted view of derivatives for superficial sensation.
Encouraging the production of opioids and diabetic foods
to derange well-being increasing mortalities with all unglued.
Death from despair with false promises blurted everywhere
making sure the system would be without maintenance or repair.
Nonetheless standing ovations would be occurring without shame
accentuating the absurdity of the abysm hidden in this macabre game.
The executive words are as real as his infatuation for big time wrestling
making sure his females are primmed up with the finest jewels and dressing.
The deterioration of health is remarkable with a sense of painful morbidity
asking whether this cosmetic is perilous fooling many with outrageous stupidity.
The median wage has not risen for the blue-collar hard-working majority
we are surviving through an autocratically overridden corrupt authority.
The supposedly growth is environmentally completely unsustainable
with no bite into Wall Street for this lunacy is utterly ascertainable.
The certainty of bankruptcy cripples the heartland of our Midwest
leaving for Hansel and Gretel no morsels for the witch did steal the rest.
His Holy Trade Wars have played into the hands of our Chinese comrades
the results are quite obvious and for the population quite iron-clad.
Factories are the thrust and heartbeat of a healthy form of capitalism
nevertheless our industrial jobs are still withering with this barbarism.
Running our foreign debt skyward to reach the fallen angels below
trying to keep DJT'sreelection alive in the midst of this horrific politico.
Incarcerating people with disability pensions lowering the unemployment
however our man is exempt from laws to extradite him from sheer enjoyment.
The gross domestic product will leave him stuttering before November
I take my hat off to Sir Bernie for true justice will save us from surrender.
