Years ago, in Lajes
Had to stand, observe.

The US air-planes
From, to Air Bases
In Europe, Israel…

It was time of Cold War
And we were a part of…

We had no rights to say,
We "Agree, " or "Reject! "

Yes, we, dogs, greyhounds,
Were there as masters' want.

We filled US pocket
By giving Black Gold
In tankers and barrels.

In return had to buy
Any junk that they sold,
Bulk of them "Armaments! "

We paid the Washington
To defend Israel…

We felt the Israelite
Talking of miseries.

Defending the oppressed
Must not mean oppression
Against peace, Palestine.

This was not plan of,
Pentagon, Washington.

We were used in the race
Between main two powers
That armed one of the sides
Of the Jews and Muslims!

Long gone is the war of
North and South Vietnam.

Gorbachev came along
And freed people of
What once was USSR.

With Cold War behind us
Yankees too must stop
But they made new rules
To bring disputes…

Warmongers and Boeing
Needed base to go build.

Pentagon could not buy
Unless part was sold off
To ignite the war zones!

So, the world needed war
To purchase tanks, planes
And the guns and bullets!

Since others have no cause
The very first spark
To tinder was White House!

CIA shouted, howled:
"Fire, fire, all be warned! "

The first to confirm it,
As always, was the bitch…

Berlin followed London,
Then after, Paris to Tokyo.

Run rivers of blood
In Iraq, Syria to Sana'a,
Libya, and Hong Kong,
Caracas, Venezuela…
Cause White House never wants
End to wars; though has lost…!
