Accidentally Poem by David Harris

Accidentally

Rating: 5.0

When the world gets me down
I look around at what I have
which doesn’t seem a lot,
but it is more than most.
I have a life, a wife whom loves only me.
I have friends,
most of them I never see.
Apart from that nothing,
oh yes a roof over my head
and food in my belly.
Anyone would think I am satisfied.
Sadly, I am not.
Whatever more could I possibly want?
For myself to stop hurting others
indirectly and accidentally.
