Accompanied

Invisibility of an angel is not necessarily
The remoteness of a kindred spirit.
I exist both here and there for you
Even when you think I have escaped.
Hell can burn its demons, its ill omen
For I am the field of force that sheathes.
Let your stormy eyes reach their summer
And the chaos in your head find order
On my shoulders.

Lift your chin up. Imagine the heavens.
Ride the wings of time, into the future.
Each new sun overflows with bright promises,
With a light that has never been seen before.
These words of hope shall bring you amnesia
To the darkness, the phantoms, the shadows.

I summon your rage to be like birds migrating
To a far-off shore. Leave not a feather of anger.
Pack up desperation, and take it all away too.
What will be left for you are graces to count.
Nowadays, we rarely make this inventory.
Let me be the admonisher for your safety,
An aide-memoire that facets of your world,
All shall shine at their perfect moment.
