Accords 2011.24. Poem by Michael Walker

Accords 2011.24.

semble-t-il, assez probable;

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
He is talking imaginatively to Jesus. He is aware of his own sinfulness, even guilt. Was he one of the 12 apostles who sat with Jesus at the last supper, saying his rosary, 'while the rest got stuck in? ' He thought that Judas was on Christ's side when he kissed him, but he could be wrong. It could also be likely that the man nailed to the cross was someone else.
A religious poem which I find convincing.
