My heart racing as I stare into your brown eyes
Gasping for breathes as I drown and delve deeper down
My friends keep telling me you're not really a keeper
Climbing these walls of love and it keeps getting steeper and steeper
Staring up at the blank ceiling while thinking about all these feelings
Concealing all these deeper emotions
because all of these commotions in my head
Disregarding and disrupting my need to go to bed
I wish you could wait around and see
how much you really mean to me
Stuck between love and like
Stuck in a trance completely dreamlike
Contemplating just letting you know
How much I love you
so you would know
i'm not as broken as I thought I was
for I gave you the token
an unspoken agreement
to my heart now that in my eyes
is an achievement.
