Across The Water Poem by Fluorescent Reality

There's a girl across the water,
She's so beautiful when the light hits her eyes.
And my heart beats fast when I see her,
It's just too bad that girls across the water.

And I would swim to you if I could!
But I only have a short breath,
And you take that away.

I don't want to feel another heart break,
I just hope you find your way across the water.

I prey one day we'll be above the Eiffel Tower,
I'll get on one knee, and know where I wanna be.
But first we'll have to see if it's you or me,
To finally make our way across the water
