most of the problems we have
are imagined, far from reality which
logically shows that it would not
be a problem at all.
it is the anxiety, the worry, that
makes the problem a problem.
so take a dip in the sea, or take
the swim in the river, feel the flow
of water, feel the stones beneath
your feet, indulge in happy isolation
to see for yourself, segregate
what is real and what is illusory.
