Afloat After-Glow Of Night - Poem by Misty Lackey

Abase cactus (green)
abbreviate sadness.
Abide to the sun
aboard shadows.
Abolish skeletons.
Bound faces of absent
scars.
Backward angel in need
for prayer.
Affinity silent night allegedly
claimed a star.
Airstrip the violent sky.
Alimony for the dead.
Aluminum flowers.
Ampersand fingers.

Armor of steel.
Artistry fashioned
absent mind.
An attempt to fly
escaping a far away cry.
Absent from the body-
attraction beauty.
August aura of summer.
Avail stomach of hunger.
Balled bandaging baptism.

Barefoot bare-handed God.
Barrel barnyard fence.
Banned battle clouds.
Betrayal of night best seller
by day biblical to die.
Blackened youngest of heart
crying in vain, breaking the
soul.
Aside from North Carolina the
best thing on earth is Blue moon
fairy leaves.

Boredom.
Bottleneck brazen glass brimmed
bristling life.
Brutal fallen angel burr to
the cold.
Cabal art caper sky.
Cartage casket
cast stones.
Cast iron.
Casual flight.
Chariot of angels.
Chastity dreams.
Collecting angels.
Uplifting diverges.
Light.
Embrace.
Embalm.
Exh ale the soul.
