Afraid Of Dying? Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

Afraid Of Dying?

He said his friends were all slowly dying,
One by one they seem to fade away.
The funerals he attends kept on increasing,
He feared tomorrow will be his last day.

He sleeps with the thought of not ever waking,
Thoughts of his earthly wealth that he must leave.
His house, new car, all the money he was saving
Where would they go, will his family so grieve?

Life has an end like story books that close,
Fear is the last thing we must have each day we live!
And still so many shun the Truth till they repose
Today refusing that God is, and so believe!
