All Festivals
All festivals
The Indian festivals are colorful
And make the people cheerful
Many festivals come up during the year
And drums beat with religious fervor
We are used to participate
And relate
How relevant they are!
Even to the lands very far
The communities, even if very small, make their presence felt
Such is the fragrance that is smelt
Indian tradition is as such
They not only observe sanctity but preach too
Some festivals are celebrated with total faith
It is interwoven and shall remain till their death
But we have accommodated each community
And respected their deities
Each religion is behind such holy celebrations
We also see that it is not marred by any abrasions
We celebrate with cordial relation
And that is how we are loved all over with excitation
We create mini India on any soil
And surprisingly avail
Their hospitality with local participation
It is really heart of an understanding and its activation

I’m overwhelmed by the assessment of Mehta-Ji giving a panoramic view of the Indian communities living in harmony irrespective of religious and numerous other differences which is reflected outside our national boundary also.
