I was perfect without flaw
Better than all
Until they saw something wrong
I was put down low
Only their footsteps will I know

Never said I was perfect
Didn't deserve to be put up high
Don't deserve to be down below

I am you and you are me
You just don't know it
You just don't see
I won't be put up
or taken down
I am a person
With a reason
Never
Out of season
If it takes you a hundred years to see
So it be
