Allah The Best Avenger
Oh Allah, the best avenger, we pray,
That you may come from the sky and slay
Those who have caused us pain and hurt,
And left us feeling lost and inert.

We place our trust in you, oh divine,
For we know that justice is thine.
You set things right in ways unknown,
And hurt those who have hurt us prone.

We seek not vengeance on our own,
For we know that we are prone
To making errors and causing harm,
And that only you can set the alarm.

We leave it all to you, oh Allah,
For we know that you are the ruler,
Of all that is just and right and true,
And that you will help us see it through.

So we wait with patience and hope,
For you to come and help us cope
With all the pain and suffering we feel,
And set things right with your divine will.
