Alleviate The Anxiety Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

One thing that people
are not talking about
during the corona
pandemic is the
alarming rise of
anxiety in people.

Many news outlets
are attributing it to
the election but
want to diminish
the many lockdowns' effects.

People are struggling
and don't know
they have an outlet
that can alleviate
the anxiety and
replace it with a
sense of peace.

Humble yourselves,
therefore, under
the mighty hand
of God so that
at the proper time
he may exalt you,
casting all your
anxieties on him,
because he cares for you.
