All-Sufficient Poem by Hm. Nes

All-Sufficient

If benefits were always and plentiful
And I every trouble overcame
If honor and peace came rushing to me
But never disgrace to my name

Then likely Your name would grow faint on my lips
And hope would be a thing of the past
My prayers would all but to obscurity fall
For I'd be all-sufficient at last
