Almost Busted... Poem by Josh B.

Almost Busted...

Inside my heart, I miss her.
I'll never let it show...
Because I don't want anyone to know I never wanted to
let her go.
When it came to love I had not yet experienced it.
You know what they say about knocking it..
So I decided to give it a shot.
Our relationship took off like a rocket!
I thought nothing would stop it!
My blood ran hot with each risqué caress.
skin on skin contact as she slips partly out of her dress.
Like a shot of adrenaline putting my heart to the test.
I'm palpitating and salivating...
I don't want it to stop.
My stomach is way up in my throat. I didn't even know you could
like getting choked? !
Every touch getting hotter and hotter, like I'm wearing a winter
coat in the middle of the Sahara.
She's biting my neck and I'm pulling her hair...
I think to myself there must be love in the air
Its at this point right here that I thought I didn't want her to go anywhere.
But Au Contraire...
I'm lost in her gorgeous hazel eyes...
Then she leans her head back in ecstasy
I don't know what it is about this girl next to me.
Our hands are interlocked- what she did next was a
shock to me.
Now she is sitting on top of me undulating rhythmically
I never thought pain could be such a delight!
Her nails digging into the sides of me.
Exploring my ribs like she couldn't see...
What is this feeling she is giving me?
I grip her hips making her grind even harder.
This is the first time we ever went this far...
Ugh, we gotta pump the brakes as her dad makes
for the truck.
What a stroke of bad luck!
We were in the back seat because it was cold out in
the bleachers...
We quickly separate and tidy ourselves not a second too
Soon.
He climbs in the truck clamoring about the rain.
We kept holding hands still in a trance...
Boy oh boy was I glad I was wearing sweatpants.
Still caressing under the covers, talk about two star-crossed
lovers.
when they drop me off we shot each other the same
devilish glance.
She bit my lip as we kissed good night.
Whatever she's doing she's doing it right.
I walk in my door with the biggest smile I've worn in
a very long while.
My parents hit me with a 'How was the game? '
I quickly respond as I head to my room only briefly touching
every other stair and respond
'They called it because of the rain, but it was still a delight, and
I'm awfully tired so I love you goodnight! ! '
