As I walk along the track today,
I embrace the moment along the way,
Timeless beauty surrounds me within,
Drawing me closer the goose bumps begin,
I am on my journey in a world of my own,
It's like I have entered another time zone,
The sound of nature I'm not on my own,
The birds are singing their array of tones,
My senses heightened catching the breeze,
The trees are rustling the sound of the sea,
It's time for healing no worries or cares,
My body rejuvenated my mind is now clear,
I can see a clearing my pace slows down,
Not wanting to leave yet a friend I have found,
I will be back often to share your gift,
The purity the calmness has given me a lift.
