many nights i cried and asked God why
why so much hurt and pain
only lies what did you gain
your thoughts and actions only put you to shame
the reasons why my name was used in vain

wondering why where did i go wrong
did it have to take so long?
remembering our last song
that same day you did me wrong

all i ever did was love you
but loving you only made me feel blue
i never had a clue
that being with you i would catch the flu

you told me ii'll never let you go
even though we both know
that love between us never flows
never knew that this is how the song goes

everytime i say goodbye
i always began to cry
when i see the love in your eyes
it reminds me that you will always be mine
because your glow will always shine
