Always Sign Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Always Sign

I could not think about reflection in mirror
Was I the same person who always talked about honor?
Why so many wrinkle lines are visible?
I had left behind my youthful days spent for people

I never cared for self
I was out for search is shelf
The treasure was stored
But I never explored

I felt about golden days
There was glimmer of hope with sun rays
It always reminded me of better tomorrow
But never realized that days may rapidly go

It was me in mirror
Same person standing with no terror
Previously I was feared in social circle
For my outright approach and insistence on struggle

One thing was made sure
The change is rule of nature
You leave this world as part of an agreement
There is always sign of acknowledgement
