American's Let's Build Poem by Randy McClave

American's Let's Build

Those people who live to the south of us
I heard don't worship or believe in Jesus,
So, for our protection a barrier we must immediately install
So, let's build us a high wall.
We don't want those bad people coming over here
To bring their drugs and their hate and beliefs and fear,
So, unto the Government we all must write and call
To keep them out, so let's build us a giant wall.
Though I have never ever met any of them
But, what I read and heard about them they seem grim,
They wanna rape and murder and always brawl
So, let's build us a very high wall.
Let's build a wall that is both mighty and great
To keep out all their evil and their drugs and hate,
Across our southern border let's let it sprawl
So, let's build us a mighty patriotic wall.
We must keep all those evil southern border people out
As we all protest and scream and shout,
So, let's build us a mighty wall
Which can't be climbed over or go under or cannot fall.

But, before we build a great protection wall
Like the one the East Germans did with hate and gaul,
Remember our president and the U.S people told Russia to take it down
And they did, to the very ground.
We hate everyone coming over the southern border
We want them stopped by the wall by order,
But, we don't hate those at our northern border at all
So, there we don't want or need a wall.
We don't care about those coming to our ports or our airfields
There we need no walls or any shields,
Because, those arriving here have decency and wealth
And they are not struggling and they are in good health.
Instead of building a wall let's instead build a giant mirror
So, we can see ourselves and others quite clear,
And instead of judging from where they came from
Let's instead, see what we all have become.
