An Accident Poem by Pradip Chattopadhyay

An Accident

Do I look I could trouble anybody?
I’m just a quiet nobody,
Can’t even hurt an ant.
Look close my face
See engraved lines of patience,
Trouble I keep a safe distance.
Never ever thought of war
Held storms locked within,
Walked limits than walked far.
A no danger man to the bone
Always left conflicts alone,
My place is in trouble free zone.
Can’t be pushed anymore
My back is glued to the wall,
I’m peaceful to the core.

Girl, I meant you no harm,
Touching you was an accident,
Do I look anyway troublesome?

To feel this way after bumping someone is sad. Yet this is how this mad world is failing. Sorry you have felt this way.... where this person showed no concern and had other things on her mind
