An early bird,
Looked for a meal.
But all worms were hiding,
Due to winters chill.
So he looked around,
For some store bought seed.
But the feeder was empty,
So he could not feed.
So he stopped at the feed store,
To look for spilled grain.
But there was none on the floor,
He was going insane.
Then he spotted a flock,
Heading south and he said.
Might as well join that flock,
If I wanna get fed.

Juan, what a pleasant way to start my day by reading one of your master pieces. I was feeling sorry for the little guy until he hitched up the the flock going south, then I knew everything was o.k. Good work my friend.
