What an ill this tenant is indeed
An ill and evil tenant that non should bear
A tenant that lids the proprietor's successes and growths
An evil shadow aboard a mans motions and visions
Walk not with me O evil shadow
Thou art a curse o cursed tenant
Thine paid rents dost make ill the stomach
Be told this day what thou art
An evil tenant!
