An Oceans Heart Poem by mandy williams

An Oceans Heart

Rating: 3.5

Tears fallin on sunny shores
deep into the ocean lye cried out hearts.
Softly crashing against eachother.
Washing emotions up onto the sand.
The clapping waters, rewarding us
As the ocean soars through it's beauty, tryin to find it's inner self.
Wiping away all memories that curse.
If love could be one thing, it would be an ocean of cried out hearts.
A heart for an ocean.
All wond together like, that's sound is ready to die, as it drowns.

Tears fallin on sunny shores
deep into the ocean lye cried out hearts.
Moving away from the ocean, i'm feeling refined.
I pat the sea good night.
As i know it's yearning, hard to confide.

An ocean that's ready to break the cycle
A heart that's ready to break the cycle

One last grief for the ocean,

The whole world will know
when the achings gone
'cos the ocean isn't there
