An Ode To Bad Luck! Poem by Dr Mohammed Younis Dar

An Ode To Bad Luck!

Should I celebrate or should I mourn
Or should I rue the luck with I was born
Or should I just take it light
And imagine that scintillating sight
Should I forgive the tyrant
or bear the pain & remain silent
In chaos I just can't say
why God wants me still on bay
To wait for the right time to come
I forgot many and lost some
Though the times of despair don't last
BT bitter are the memories of brutal past
They label me stoic, strong and firm
BT human I am not any germ
Oh lord omnipotent make my way
Helpless I am and cruel they
To ooze all my woes out
You gave this pen & brain no doubt
These pathetic times though slow my pace
You help me to win this lost race
Help me to achieve my every goal
Bring back peace to my fragile soul!
