This one reminds me of Blake's Songs of Innocence - your imaginative allegory is both simple and gripping. It seems as though fate is an unstoppable force that tramples on those who are powerless to stop the onslaught. A fine poem Nimal and a beautiful dedication. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

What a tragic, allegorical poem. Rather like a fairy tale, but with no happily ever after. At least for the poor flower. I hope that bee suffered severely for his lack of pity. No doubt he did since there is still a God in Heaven who knows how to dispense both perfect justice and perfect mercy. Very original poem, Nimal. Regards, Sandra
