And our kiss spoke those things
We had not spoken earlier.
Maybe, we would never be able to speak those things again
Even if we wish to.

That moment I learnt
Kiss is more than tender touch of lips,
More than mere expression of desire.
Kiss is the song of soul
And the dance of heart
That cannot be expressed by human
Any other way.

That moment I learnt
How much I am drowned within you.
As if, you were the sea,
And I was a shell
Growing within your womb
Silently but surely.

That moment I learnt
There is more in love
Than desiring each other.
Love is the light that enlightens human,
It's the hope that inspires human,
It's the nourishment that nourishes human,
It's the dawn that invigorates human.

And because our kiss spoke so much
For so long,
We did not have to speak a word.
Yet, we knew it all.
Wasn't it?
