Angelica Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Angelica

Angelica

Dear Angelica
-I must, will forget all
-of Quebec, Montreal.

Let's drink tequila
-along with wine, vodka
-not a cup or glass
-but by urns, many jars.

It is hard, very hard…

Shamelessly judge ordered:
- "Carry her in the cart
-of the man's refuse
-and lead her to a church
-with torches at its gate;
-she must bow and repent
-then beat her and torture
-by cutting both her hands
-to be left on the ponds
-audience must pass and
-let public come, visit
-then burn her breathing
-send her ash into air…"

If this is the "God's Law"
If this is "Civilised"
I rather be savage
Qaeda and ISIS!

Great Angelica
Great Angelica

I need wine, tequila
-and Hashish and Vodka
-and opium and venom
-poison, poison, poison…

Must get rid of the Church
-as well as courts, judges
-and each, every Royal!
